Insurance Information

We accept most major insurance plans, including Aetna, Cigna, Geisinger, Highmark, Humana, Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, United Healthcare, and UPMC.

We also accept CCBH from the following counties: Lackawanna, Luzerne, Susquehanna, Carbon, Monroe, Pike, Wayne, and Wyoming.

Please note that we are unable to accept out-of-state Medicaid plans or out-of-state Medicare Advantage HMO plans. If you have one of these plans, our Insurance Specialists can assist you in contacting the appropriate local office to update your coverage to a Pennsylvania plan.
