Adult Outpatient Department
Our Adult Outpatient Department provides comprehensive, compassionate care for individuals facing the full spectrum of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, schizophrenia, and schizoaffective disorders. Our team of skilled psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, therapists, and support staff work together to understand the whole person—not just their symptoms. We consider medical history, psychosocial stressors, lifestyle factors, trauma, and personal goals to create tailored treatment plans that foster long-term recovery and wellness.
We offer a full range of evidence-based treatments, including individual therapy, family support, psychiatric medication management, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), and esketamine therapy. Our philosophy is to use the fewest medications at the lowest effective dose, integrating therapy and wellness strategies whenever possible. We are experienced in treating even the most complex and severe conditions, and we walk with our patients every step of the way toward stability, healing, and hope.

Child & Adolescent Outpatient Department
Our Child & Adolescent Outpatient Department specializes in caring for children, teens, and young adults struggling with emotional, behavioral, and psychiatric challenges—from anxiety, depression, and ADHD to bipolar disorder, OCD, PTSD, and early-onset psychotic disorders. We partner closely with families, schools, pediatricians, and community supports to truly understand each child’s world and help them thrive at home, in school, and in relationships.
We provide individual and family therapy, psychiatric medication management, and advanced treatments when needed—all with a “least medication, lowest dose” approach that prioritizes safety, development, and dignity. By addressing biological, psychological, social, and environmental factors, we deliver compassionate, personalized care for even the most complex situations. Our mission is to help young people build resilience, restore confidence, and move toward a healthy, hopeful future.

Individual Therapy and Group Therapy
Counseling sessions with you and your assigned therapist may be suggested at the time of your initial evaluation or at any time it is indicated while receiving other Center services.
In psychotherapy, scientifically validated procedures help people develop healthier, more effective habits. There are several approaches to psychotherapy, including cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal, and other kinds of talk therapy, that help individuals work through their problems. Through psychotherapy, people of all ages live happier, healthier, and more productive lives.

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Therapy
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation is a noninvasive, FDA-approved treatment for depression that uses gentle magnetic pulses to stimulate areas of the brain involved in mood regulation. TMS is performed in the office, requires no anesthesia, and allows patients to return to normal activities immediately afterward. It’s especially helpful for individuals who have not found adequate relief from medications or therapy alone, offering a safe and effective way to achieve lasting improvement in mood and functioning.
-
Spravato (Esketamine)
Spravato® is an innovative FDA-approved treatment for adults with treatment-resistant depression. Administered in a comfortable, supervised setting, Spravato works on a different brain pathway than traditional antidepressants, helping many patients experience relief within weeks rather than months. Our clinical team monitors each session for safety and comfort, providing compassionate support every step of the way toward recovery.

Psychotherapy is a collaborative treatment based on the relationship between an individual and a therapeutic mental health professional. Psychotherapy provides a supportive environment that allows you to talk openly with someone who’s objective, neutral, and nonjudgmental. You and your therapist will work together to identify and change the thought and behavior patterns that are keeping you from feeling your best.
By the time you’re done, you will not only have solved the problem that brought you in, but you will have learned new skills so you can better cope with whatever challenges may arise in the future.
-
Some people seek psychotherapy because they have felt depressed, anxious, or angry for a long time. Others may want help for a chronic illness that is interfering with their emotional or physical well-being. Still others may have short-term problems they need help navigating. They may be going through a divorce, facing an empty nest, feeling overwhelmed by a new job, or grieving a family member’s death.
Because of the many misconceptions about psychotherapy, you may be reluctant to try it out. Even if you know the realities instead of the myths, you may feel nervous about trying it yourself. Overcoming that nervousness is worth it, because any time your quality of life isn’t what you want it to be, psychotherapy can help.
